~Buyers Premium: There is a 6% buyers premium, payable by the purchaser, on top of the final bid price, which is incorporated into the final sale price of the property. ~Bidding: An open oral auction will take place at Fort Langley Community Hall – 9167 Glover Road, at 11am on Saturday, April 1st. ~Registration: Those wishing to participage in the bidding process must be in possession of a $10,000 bank draft made payable to Able Realty Corp "In Trust" ~Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $10,000 must be paid in the form of a bank draft immediately following the final confirmed bid and increased to 10% of the final sale price within 48 hours. ~Closing: Completion date with be May 1 and possession will be May 2. ~Agent Participation: A fee of 2% of the final bid price will be paid to the licensed real estate agent whose Buyer successfully pays for and closes on the property. To qualify for the commission, the Realtor must first register the Buyer by mail on company stationary prior to the auction date. In addition, the Realtor must attend the auction with the registered bidder.
